FYI for those who prefer to use an adhesive velcro...If you put Sewer's Aid where you need to sew then the needle does not get all gummed up.

You could also put some of those reusable ice packs that you put in coolers into those pockets to keep something cold like a salad.

I just love this project! Definitely going to make one.
In another comment you asked me if I had any other projects I’d like to see. Here’s one.
I was looking through your videos and thought maybe you had one on making a dish drying mat that would fit under my dish drying rack. I’ve seen some others on RUclips, but haven’t found one I like. Maybe that’s a project you could work on. I have a feeling I would like whatever you come up with.
The store bought ones are so boring I thought it would be nice to have one with pretty’s material. Most of the ones I’ve seen use existing pads and just add material to them. The only one I liked used materials I’m not familiar with.
If you decide to create this I’m sure it would be great.

What is the size of the overall length and width of your casserole dish so I can compare it against mine and can confirm what my dimensions should be or if your dimensions are perfect for my pan also.

I have a 9x13 with a lid that measures 9x15 but I also use it with my 9x13 pan with out a lid. You can always shorten the length to fit you pan. Here is a blog post with more details. funstuffcrafts.com/2022/08/11/casserole-or-hot-dish-carrier-learn-to-sew/
